How to Join the Ride

Step-by-step easy instructions

1.     Register for the ride here.  You’ll be charged a $500 deposit.  You have 14 days to cancel for any reason if you wish and get a FULL refund.

     2.     Book airfare for yourself. You want to fly from your favorite airport to Bali.  You must arrive absolutely no later than noon on June 23rd, but we strongly recommend that you arrive a day or two earlier if possible to give an opportunity to adjust to the local times zone.  More airfare details here.

June 23rd is the first night of lodging included in the price of the ride. If you want to travel to Bali a few days earlier just let us know and we’ll help -- we can get you the same room rate we pay if you wish, and arrange it so you don’t have to switch rooms once the official trip starts.

Our last night of lodging is on June 30th -- we head home the morning of July 1st.  Extra nights available -- just ask.

3.     We’ll send you an invoice for the balance due. You can pay your balance by credit card OR pay by check and get a $100 per person discount.
